| John has been a member of the Franchise Tax Board’s Public Affairs Office since 2001. Known up and down the state as, "The dreaded taxman," John takes the ribbing in stride as he explains complicated tax issues for the more than 15 million California taxpayers. In addition, John works with FTB’s Special Investigators issuing press releases, doing live interviews, and participating in press conferences to spread the word on FTB’s efforts at fighting tax fraud, tax evasion, and combating the underground economy. |
