| Carol Robinson is an information officer/editor for the California Energy Commission. Before coming to the Energy Commission, she spent four-and-a-half years as an assistant information officer for the California Public Utilities Commission in San Francisco. Prior to entering civil service, she spent 12 years as a journalist for three Bay Area newspapers. She earned her bachelor's degree in mass communications from the University of California, Davis, and is a 1988 graduate of the Summer Program for Minority Journalists through the Oakland-based Maynard Institute for Journalism Education. Carol loves choral singing and lives in Vacaville with her cat Tuffy. |
